护理风险管理在援藏期间护理工作中的应用

Application of Nursing Risk Management During Nursing Work in Tibet

目的探讨2013年援藏期间,运用护理风险管理对受援单位护理工作进行管理的效果。方法以实施护理风险管理前后的护理工作进行对比,通过护理风险的识别及采取对策,保证管理的效果。结果当地护士的护理风险意识增强,护理质量有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理是值得推广的,但在西藏地区开展护理工作应因地制宜,考虑多方面的因素,促进民族团结。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing risk management to nursing work in the local hospital in Tibet in 2013. Methods The nursing work before and after nursing risk management was compared. The nursing risk management included the identification and countermeasures of nursing risks. Results After nursing risk management, the local nurses＇ consciousness of nursing risk and quality of nursing improved significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Nursing risk management is worthy of popularization. But the nursing work in Tibet should adapt to local conditions, and many factors will be considered to promote national unity.
