家庭康复护理对小儿脑性瘫痪影响作用分析

Effect Analysis of Family Rehabilitation Nursing for Children with Cerebral Palsy

目的探讨家庭康复护理在小儿脑性瘫痪康复治疗中的效果。方法选取我院在2012年3月至2013年3月收治的126例脑性瘫痪患儿作为研究对象,将其随机分为研究组和对照组各63例,对照组患儿实施常规综合康复治疗,研究组在此基础上,实施家庭康复护理,对比两组患儿的康复效果。结果治疗后,两组患儿的GMFM评分均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的GMFM评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的GMFCSⅠ级所占比例显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组有52例患儿可独立行走,占82.5%,对照组有39例,占61.9%(P<0.05)。结论在常规康复治疗的基础上,对脑性瘫痪患儿实施家庭康复护理,可有效促进患儿运动功能改善,提高康复效果,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of family rehabilitation nursing in rehabilitation treatment of children with cerebral palsy. Methods 126 cases of ：hildren with cerebral palsy treated in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were selected and randomly divided into research group （63 cases） and control group （63 cases）. The control group received routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, while ~e research group received family rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group. The rehabilitation effect was compared. Results The GMFM scores of the two groups were significantly higher than before （P〈0.05）; The GMFM score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）. The proportion of the GMFCS level I of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment （P 〈0.05）. 52 cases in the research group could walk independently after treatment, accounted for 82.5%, while the control group was 39 cases （61.9%） （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions On the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment, family rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the motor function of children with cerebral palsy and improve the effect of rehabilitation, which is worthy of popularization and application.
