行政管理是理论性和实践性密切结合的新兴学科,具有多学科相互渗透、知识面宽、综合性强等特点,传统的教学模式难以达成预期的教学目标和培养目的。"课题引导、合作探究"教学模式是以课题为导向,以团队学习为载体的新型教学模式,它契合了时代的需求和行政管理专业培养的需要。从"课题引导、合作探究"教学模式的内涵出发,分析了行政管理专业实施该教学模式的必要性和教学实践的全过程,探讨了实施过程可能的障碍和解决方式,以期提升教育质量,培养符合时代需要的学生。

Administration is a new subject which is an integration of theory and practice with characteristics of being interdisciplinary, full of knowledge and comprehensive. The traditional teaching mode is difficult to achieve the teaching objectives. The teaching mode of “Project Guide and Cooperative Study” is a new teaching mode,which is project and team learning-oriented. It can also meet the needs of the time and specialty. Starting from the connotation of the teaching mode, this paper analyzes the necessity and the whole teaching process, discusses the obstacles and solutions so as to improve the quality of education, and cultivate the qualified students.
