去甲去氢斑蝥素缩氨基硫脲类化合物的合成及结构

Synthesis and Structure of the Dehydronorcantharidin Thiosemicarbazide

以呋喃甲醛、氨基硫脲的缩合产物与顺丁烯二酸酐经Diels-Alder反应,得到结构新型的去甲去氢斑蝥素缩氨基硫脲类化合物。目标化合物的结构经IR、1H NMR、13C NMR及元素分析进行了确认,并优化了合成反应条件,产物产率达到76.2%。

Dehydronorcantharidin thiosemicarbazide is synthesized from condensation product of thiosemicarbazide with furaldehyde and maleic anhydride by Diels-Alder reaction.The structure of the target compound was confirmed by IR,^1H NMR ^13C NMR and elemental analysis. The reaction conditions were optimized,and the yield of the target compound was 76.2%.
