摘要
清代贵州民族地区农产品的加工与储藏技术较中原地区粗糙,发展相对缓慢,但在长期的区域生境与文化迫力的影响下,形成具有较强的地方特色和民族特色。
Agricultural products' processing and storage technology in Guizhou Ethnic areas was rough, as for the central plains region, and developed slowly in the Qing dynasty, but with the influence of the long - term area habitat and regional culture force, it formed strong local characteristics and ethnic features.
