摘要
酒店经济性薪酬一般由岗位工资、加班工资、绩效工资、福利津贴等构成,岗位工资是薪酬构成中的最基本也是最重要的部分,通常酒店的加班工资、绩效工资等也都是以岗位工资为基础来计算的。
the hotel economic compensation includes position salary, overtime salary, performance salary and welfare benefits. The wage is the most basic and most important part, usually Hotel overtime salary, performance salary are also calculated based on position salary. This paper takes a hotel as an example,discusses the elements of the job evaluation to determine the hotel job grades by using counting point method, combined with the external salary survey to determine the process of position wage.
