心力衰竭生物标记物的研究进展

The Progress of Research in Heart Failure Biomarkers

摘要 心力衰竭是一种复杂的临床综合征,随着人口老龄化和心血管疾病治疗水平的提高,疾病死亡率在逐步下降,同时心力衰竭患者的数量在进一步增长。目前临床上对心力衰竭的诊断存在一定的局限性,这些局限性需要我们通过对新的生物标记物监测来克服和完善。本文就目前发现的几项在临床上运用潜力较大的几种标记物进行探讨。 Heart failure is a complex clinical syndrome, as the population ages and the improvement of cardiovascular disease treatment, disease mortality is declining gradually, the number of patients with heart failure will further increase. However, the clinical diagnosis of heart failure has certain limitations, which require us to overcome by new biomarkers to monitor and improve. In this paper, we will talk about several biomarkers of clinical use more likely.
