加强高职艺术类专业学生职业素养教育的若干思考——以江阴职业技术学院为例

Thinking over the enhancement of the professional quality education for students majoring in arts in higher vocational colleges:To take Jiangyin Polytechnic College as an example

高职院校要根据艺术类学生的自身特点,坚持专业学习和社会实践相结合,既要培养艺术类学生高超的专业技能,又要培养其良好的职业素养。提出了高职艺术类专业学生应具备的职业素养,指出高职院校职业素养教育中存在的问题,对造成学生职业素养偏低的诸多因素进行了具体分析,论述了对其加强素质教育的必要性和迫切性。

Through the analysis of the professional qualities necessary for the students maj oring in arts,the paper discusses the problems in the professional quality education in higher vocational college and the cau-ses of low professional quality,thus stressing on the necessity and urgency of the professional quality edu-cation.
