With the accelerative reform of national health insurance system, patients are constantly demanding as to healthcare service quality, the competition of medical market is more and more fierce and the hospitals are confronted with unprecedented challenge. In the meantime, the hospitals improve constantly medical service quality management due to the enhancement of the patients＇ requirement resulting in a great variety of methods of hospital quality management. This paper mainly illustrates the application of comprehensive quality defects quota management in the hospital.
