摘要
儿童医院作为专门以儿童为服务对象的医疗机构,同样面临着提升核心竞争力的问题。因此,医院要加强和创新人才队伍管理工作,注重采用科学的人才引进使用和培养手段,引入行之有效的选拔和竞争激励机制,把人才培养作为一个系统工程,形成"准确选人、科学用人、人尽其才、才尽其用"的人才队伍管理模式。
