高龄白内障患者围手术期处理体会

Periopeartive Treatment of Cataract Patients of Advanced Age

目的:探讨对80岁以上高龄白内障患者行白内障摘除术的安全性及手术疗效。方法:对127例(134眼)高龄白内障患者行白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术,并相应做围手术期处理。结果:所有患者均能耐受手术,术后矫正视力≥0.3占76.1%,无角膜内皮失代偿或眼内炎等严重并发症。结论:对高龄白内障患者行白内障手术是安全的,可以获得较好的手术复明效果,术前仔细全身检查、术中心电监护,可降低手术风险。

Objective： To investigate more than 80 elderly patients undergoing cataract surgery cataract safety and surgery. Methods： 127 cases （134 eyes） of elderly cataract patients with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation, and to make appropriate perioperative management. Results： All the patients tolerated the surgery, the best corrected visual acuity of postoperative 〉I 0.3 accounted for 76.1%, no corneal endothelial decompensation or severe complications go far in the eye. Conclusions： For elderly patients, cataract cataract surgery is safe, which can obtain good effect of operation, reduce the risk of surgery by preoperative careful examination and application of electrocardiogaphic monitor during the operation.
