分体式空调器长连接管制冷剂追加量的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于制冷量为12 kW的风管送风式空调(热泵)机组进行试验研究,分析节流位置、工况等因素对长连接管制冷剂追加量的影响,得出9.52 mm液管和15.88 mm气管条件下R410A制冷剂追加量的参考值。研究发现,对于单冷型空调器,节流位置会对长连接管的制冷剂追加量产生较大影响,室内机节流时的追加量大于室外机节流;而对于热泵型空调器,节流位置对长连接管制冷剂追加量的影响较小。 The experimental research is conducted based on a ducted air-conditioning(heat pump)unit of 12 kW cooling capability.The influences of the location of throttle device and operating condition on the amount of additional refrigerant mass of long connecting pipe are analyzed.The amount of additional mass of R410 A refrigerant is recommended when the liquid connecting pipe is9.52 mm and the gas connecting pipe is15.88 mm.The study results show that for the cooling-only unit,the additional mass is highly dependent on the location of throttle device.More additional refrigerant is required when the throttle device is installed close to the indoor unit than it is close to the outdoor unit.For the heat pump unit,the throttle device's location doesn't have large effect on the additional refrigerant amount of long connecting pipe.
