目的:探讨腹腔镜上消化道溃疡穿孔修补术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析24例上消化道溃疡穿孔修补术患者的临床资料。结果:24例患者均无中转开腹,无切口感染、腹腔脓肿、肠梗阻症状发生。结论:腹腔镜上消化道溃疡穿孔修补术安全有效。

Objective： To discuss the application of laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal ulcer perforation repair clinical value. Methods： We had retrospectively analyzed 24 patients with upper gastrointestinal ulcer perforation repair, t. Results： All of the 24 cases were no transfer laparotomy, no incision infection, no celiac abscess and no intestinal obstruction symptoms occur. Conclusion： Laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal ulcer perforation repair is safe and effective.
