运用中西医结合治疗胆石症的几点体会

Experience of Treating Cholelithiasis with integration of Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探讨基层医院运用中西医结合治疗胆石症的有效性。方法:采用中药排石1号为主方及其加减结合西医补液、抗炎、解痉及手术方法,对临床上66例胆石症病人进行治疗。结果:经中西医结合非手术治疗效果满意53例,随访2年均无不适。不明显或不满意者13例,其中8例接受手术治疗,有5例因重症胆管炎情况危重转诊。结论:对于胆石症特别是急性发作期间的非手术治疗具有更加简便、经济、安全有效的优点,适合基层医院的临床应用。

Objective： To explore the efficacy of treating cholelithiasis with integration of Chinese and western medicine in grassroots hospitals. Methods： Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） row of stone 1 combined with western dosage, anti-inflammation, spasmolysis and surgery was used to 66 patients with cholelithiasis. Results： after integra- tion of Chinese and western medicine treatment, 53 cases were satisfactory in treatment efficacy, without discomfort after 2 years＇ follow-up. 13 cases were dissatisfied or without obvious improvement, among which 8 received surgery, and 5 were transferred due to severe condition.Conclusion： this method is easy, cost-efficient, safe and effective for cholelithiasis patients, especially during acute attack, which is suitable for application in grassroots hospitals.
