穿刺抽液加石膏固定治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效观察

Curative Effect of Puncture Drainage and Cast Plaster in Treatment of Pseudocyst of Auricle

目的:观察穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法:门诊治疗耳廓假性囊肿89例,采用穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎。结果:80例一次性痊愈,6例好转,经第二次治疗后痊愈,有效率96.6%,3例无效,仅占3.4%。结论:穿刺抽液加石膏固定绷带加压包扎疗效显著,简便易行,安全经济,患者在门诊治疗即可,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of puncture drainage and cast plaster with bandage in treatment of pseudocyst of auricle. Methods： 89 cases ofpseudocyst of auricle were received in clinics, treated by puncture drainage and cast plaster with bandage. Results： 80 cases were cured at a time; 6 cases turned for better and were cured after 2nd treatment, efficacy rate is 96.6%; 3 cases were ineffective, accounting for 3.4% only.Conclusion： Puncture drainage and cast plaster with bondage proves remarkably effective, easy, safe and economical, applicable in clinics without hospitalization, which is worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
