血管性介入并发血管迷走神经反射的护理干预

Nursing intervention operation of vascular vagus reflex caused by vascular intervention

目的:预防血管性介入术血管迷走神经反射的发生。方法:对常规组147例采取一般护理措施;对干预组183例加强心理护理,减少拔管疼痛刺激,补充液体增加血容量促进对比剂排泄,避免空腔脏器过度扩张。结果:两组在血管迷走神经反射发生方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:有效的护理干预可预防血管迷走神经反射的发生。

Objective： Prevention of vascular vagus reflex vascular intervention. Methods： The conventional group is taken general nursing, while the interventional one is taken measures including strengthening psychological nursing care, reducing extubation pain stimulation, increasing blood volume of fluids, promoting excretion of contrast agent, and avoiding excessive expansion of hollow organs. Results： Two groups occur with statistical difference （P〈0.05）in terms of blood vessel vagus reflex. Conclusion： Effective nursing intervention can prevent the occurrence of vascular vagus reflex.
