摘要
针对某型号无刷直流电机的控制要求,本文设计了一种高精度采样及保护电路,该电路可以对无刷直流电机工作时的三相电流进行实时采集,以便于控制系统进行闭环控制,并对电机和控制系统快速实施保护。最后通过实验证明了该电路精度高、可靠性好,可以有效的保障控制系统和电机的正常运行。
For a certain type of brushless DC motor control requirements ,this paper presents a high-precision sampling and protection circuits,this circuits could do real-time acquisition for the brushless DC motor phase current so that control system can make closed-loop control, and motor and control system can also be quickly implemented to protect. At last The experiment shows that this circuit has high precision and good reliability in the practical application, and it can effectively protect the control system and the motor.
