摘要
在灌浆施工过程中,大断面、高边墙洞室群灌浆技术一直是地下洞室灌浆施工的重点和难点。根据白鹤滩水电站左岸导流隧洞灌浆施工所具有的工程量大、衬砌高度高、洞轴线长等特点对拟采用的灌浆技术进行了分析和研究,确定了白鹤滩水电站左岸导流隧洞工程大断面、长隧洞灌浆施工中制浆系统的布置和相应围岩条件下的灌浆参数,由此灌浆技术,保证了导流隧洞大断面高边墙条件下灌浆工程的顺利进行及工程质量。
In grouting construction,grouting technology for tunnel with large section and high side wall is main points and difficult problems in underground cavern grouting construction.Based on large engineering quantity,high lining height and long tunnel axis,grouting technology is analyzed and studied for grouting construction of left bank diversion tunnel at Baihetan hydropower station.Grout production system layout is determined for grouting construction of large section and long diversion tunnel in left bank of Baihetan hydropower station and grouting parameters under corresponding surrounding rock conditions are defined.This grouting technology ensures successful grouting for large section and high side wall diversion tunnel and its construction quality.
