摘要
针对B2C电子商务物流的全过程,利用证据理论协同处理需求信息,应用质量功能展开法实现需求到服务的转换,设计了相应的物流服务产品。研究结果表明,为了满足B2C电子商务物流的需求,快递企业只有提供订单服务、仓储服务、运输与配送服务、末端派送服务及重构信息系统等全过程服务,才能实现自身在B2C电子商务物流服务领域的特色及竞争优势。
The whole process of logistics about B2 C e-commerce industry was discussed.The D-S theory was applied to co-process demand information and quality function deployment was used to transfer demand to service.The corresponding logistics service product was designed.The results indicate that,in order to satisfy the logistics requirements of B2 C e-commerce industry,the courier companies have to provide whole process of service including order service,warehousing services,transportation and distribution services,terminal delivery service,and reconstruction information systems.Thus the courier companies can achieve their own competitive advantages in the field of B2 C e-commerce logistics services.
