摘要
顾客参与新产品开发既是顾客的需要也是企业的需要,顾客参与新产品开发的倾向性主要体现在参与频率、参与时长和认知态度这3个方面。从Web 3.0的服务普适性、数据精准性和个性智能化3个显著特征来实证分析Web 3.0对顾客参与新产品开发倾向性的影响,并提出了管理启示。
Both customers and companies can benefit from customers participation in new product development.The attitude tendency of customers' participation in new product development is mainly manifested in the frequency and duration of participation,and cognitive attitude.Web 3.0 has three significant characteristics including service universality,data precision and intelligent personality.The empirical analysis was given to focus on influence of Web 3.0 on customers' participation in new product development tendency,and then some management tactics were put forward.
