摘要
3G移动网络下如何真实感知用户使用情况,在用户感知基础上对3G移动网络质量进行客观评估是一个值得深入探讨和研究的课题。重点就CDMA EV-DO网络下的用户感知与网络指标关联、用户感知敏感度因素等内容进行了系统分析。通过最小方差算法,得到主要网络性能指标与用户感知的关联度大小,从而得出在较成熟的商用网络下,用户感知与覆盖的关联不大,而与网络负荷和接续性等指标存在较大关联的结论。
How to perceive the true usage of users and make an objective evaluation of 3G mobile network quality based on user perception is a topic worthy of further study and research. The correlation between the user perception and network indexes and the sensitivity factors of user perception are analyzed. The correlation size between main network performance indexes and user perception is obtained by minimttm variance algorithm. In conclusion, the user perception is less correlated with coverage and more correlated with network load and continuation in a more mature commercial network.
