摘要
直接空冷机组的运行受到环境因素影响很大,热风回流和"倒灌"及凝汽器真空低的问题非常突出,提出了采用地下通道进风的冷却方式,利用CFD数值模拟Fluent软件针对某600MW机组空冷岛外部流场进行了数值模拟,发现大风条件下空冷平台下面的进风室空气流场稳定,外部流场没有出现回流倒灌现象;换热效率平均提高24.4%,凝汽器压力平均降低15kPa。
Direct air cooling unit run by environmental factors, hot air reflow and " intrusion" and the problem of low condenser vacuum is very prominent, we tentatively proceeds to making numerical simulation research on external flow field of underground passage inlet direct air-cooled island by using CFD software Fluent. Found that the hot air re-circulation and air inverse flow phenomenon completely disappeared , the air flow field of the air-cooled bottom is stable. Taking the 600 MW direct air-cooled unit into consideration, the total heat exchange efficiency of the air-cooled platform was enhanced by 24.4% and the condenser pressure reduced by 15kPa.
