摘要
目前市场上运行的变频螺杆空压机普遍采用温控阀控制和调节排气温度,在该传统结构基础上,基于其运行可靠性和节能降噪角度上,提出变频螺杆空压机配套应用变频调速冷却系统控制排气温度的新思路,综合概述该系统控制原理、技术条件、结构配置等;进而描述方案具体实施细节,从系统参数设置、系统工作流程等方面进行论述,对使用中的重点关键点进行了研究和分析,给出了行之有效的方法;并与传统控制方式进行比较的基础上总结该系统结构的优点,肯定了变频调速冷却系统代替传统温控阀控制排气温度技术可行性和经济性,为变频螺杆空压机供气领域的技术革新,开辟了切实有效的途径。
Thermostatic valve configuration is widely used in conversion frequency oil-flooded screw air compressor to control the exhaust temperature in the market,a new idea deserves to control the exhaust temperature by conversion frequency cooling system based on its reliability,energy saving and noise reduction aimed at the traditional configuration.Then control strategy,technical specification,system configuration is summarized,and the practical implementation of details from system parameter setting,working process,etc.is described.The critical issues in operation are researched and analyzed,and effective solutions are proposed.The advantages of the system are analyzed and explained based on the comparison with traditional control scheme.Feasibility and economical efficiency are affimative for thermostatic valve configuration being replaced by conversion frequency cooling system,and it has opened up a practical and effective way for technical innovation of air compression field.
