Tooth Liquid Polish Sealant Effects on Shear Bond Strength of Brackets

摘要 目的研究在粘结前使用液体剂封闭剂Biscover LV以预防釉质脱矿对托槽粘接抗剪强度的影响。方法将正畸拔除的60颗离体前磨牙经37%磷酸酸蚀30秒后,随机等量平分为A、B两组,A组:先涂Biscover LV液体封闭剂再粘接,B组直接粘结托槽。每组再分别使用以下三种粘结剂,每小组10个:1非调拌性牙釉质粘合树脂(西湖巴尔);2Transbond XT光固化树脂粘结剂;3光固化型的Fuji Ortho LC树脂加强型玻璃离子水门汀。将6组试件经37.0℃恒温水浴48 h后,进行冷热温差(5.0℃30 s、55.0℃30 s)循环1200次。于材料力学实验机上测试剪切强度,10倍体视显微镜下观察托槽脱落后牙面树脂残留情况并进行评估。结果方差分析表明各组抗剪切粘接强度之间差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。ARI记分粘结破坏发生多数发生在粘结剂内部,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在粘结前使用液体封闭剂预防釉质脱矿,不影响托槽粘接抗剪强度。 Objective To investigate the effects of tooth liquid polish sealant on the shear bond strength of the brackets. Methods Sixty freshly extracted sound human premolars after acid etching were randomly divided into 2 groups. A and B groups were subdivided into 3 groups according to three different orthodontic adhesives, with 10 teeth in each group. Group A: BisCover resin polish was applied on the etched tooth surfaces before the brackets were bonded. While in group B, no additional primer was used on the surface. The specimens were bonded with brackets with three bonding systems respectively : ( 1 ) no-mix system( Westlake ba er). (2)light-cured bonding system Transbond XT. (3)light-cured resin-modified glass ionomer adhesive Fuji Ortho LC. After bonding, all samples were stored in distilled water at 37. 0℃ for 48 hours and thermal cycled( × 1200, 5 -55℃ ). The shear bond strength(SBS) was tested by universal mechanical testing machine, and the adhesive remnant index(ARI) was also detected. Results No matter use BisCover or not, no significant difference was found in shear bond strength and ARI between the six groups. Conclusion The treatment of tooth liquid polish sealant to prevent demineralization did not affect the shear bond strength of brackets.
