输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术失败中西医结合补救治疗体会

Ureteroscopic Pneumatic Ballistic Lithotripsy after Failure of Remedial Treatment of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的探讨输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石经验及失败教训,提出中西医结合补救治疗对策。方法回顾性分析我院行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗失败的39例输尿管结石患者,对失败病例采取了不同方法补救治疗。结果对39例失败病例采取体外震波碎石治疗或置入双J管辅以中成药治疗,或再次输尿管镜治疗后治愈。结论行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术应注意把握手术指征及碎石方法,失败后应冷静处置,采取适当补救治疗措施才是解决问题的良策,中西医结合治疗方法可取。

Objective Transureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureteral calculi with experience and lessons, puts forward the remedial treatmentof integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods A retrospective analysis of 39 patients with ureteral calculi failure underwent ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy in the treatment of failed cases, adopt different remedial treatment method. Results Take the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy and double J stent combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of 39 cases of failure, or again the ureteroscopic treatment cured after. Conclusion Ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy should pay attention to the operation indication and gravel method, after the failure should be calm disposition, take appropriate remedial measures of treatment is good to solve the problem, desirabletreatmentmethodof integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
