冠状动脉CT成像研究及新进展 被引量:6

摘要 在冠脉病变影像诊断领域中,导管造影检查(DSA)一直被公认为金标准,但它属于有创检查,具有一定的并发症及死亡率,且费用高昂,这限制了其在临床的广泛应用。寻找一种安全、简便且可靠的影像检查方法成为了人们探索的目标。多排螺旋CT的问世开创了冠脉无创检查的新纪元,其具有扫描速度快、成像质量高等优点,大大的提高了图像的空间分辨率及时间分辨率,是冠状动脉成像的最主要的无创性检查方法,近年来,多层螺旋CT冠脉成像发展很快,
