升降散合刺络放血法治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎卫分证临床观察

C linical Observation of Shengjiang Powder and Therapy of Bloodletting Treating Children with Acute Tonsillitis

目的观察口服中药升降散合刺络放血法治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法收集82例急性扁桃体炎患儿,随机分为两组,治疗组41例采用口服中药升降散合刺络放血法治疗,对照组41例采用口服头孢呋辛酯治疗,疗程各5 d,观察两组患儿症状、体征、实验室检查判断疗效,以及服药后的不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为90.24%和78.05%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论口服中药升降散合刺络放血法治疗儿童急性扁桃体炎卫分证效果好、安全性高、无副作用。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of Shengjiang powder and therapy of bloodletting treating children with acute tonsillitis. Method： 82 Children suffering from acute tonsillitis were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group was given Shengjiang powder and therapy of bloodletting while control group was treated with Cefuroxime axetil tablets. The treatment lasted for 5 days. The symptoms and signs of patients were compared between the two groups. Result： The total efficiencies of treatment group and control group were 90.24% and 78.05% respectively. There were significant differences of clinical effects between the two groups（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Combined treatment of Shengjiang powder and therapy of bloodletting is more efficient and safety for ＇children with acute tonsillitis without any side effects.
