农民工城市融入与其返乡创业意向:创业榜样的调节作用

Migrant Workers' Urban Inclusion and Their Entrepreneurial Intention of Returning to Hometown:The Moderating Role of Entrepreneurial Role Model

目的探讨农民工城市融入与其返乡创业意向的关系,并进一步探讨创业榜样的调节作用。方法通过对江浙沪地区488名在城农民工取样,采用层次回归等分析方法。结果农民工城市融入与其返乡创业意向负相关,且二者的关系受到创业榜样的正向调节作用。结论在高创业榜样的情况下,返乡创业意向更强,且在高榜样时城市融入与返乡创业意向之间的关系趋于缓和。

Objective This article aimed to investigate the effect of migrant workers＇ urban inclusion on their entrepreneurial intention of returning to hometown,and went further to explore the moderating effects of entrepreneurial role models.Methods Using data collected from 488 migrant workers in jiangsu,zhejiang and shanghai in China.To test the hypotheses,we used hierarchical regression analysis and simple slope analysis.Results He result showed that the migrant workers＇ city inclusion was negatively related with their entrepreneurial intention of returning home,and this relationship was positively moderated by entrepreneurial role models.Conclusion The entrepreneurial intention of returning home was stronger when the entrepreneurial role model was high than when it was low,and the relationship between the migrant workers＇ city inclusion and the entrepreneurial intention of returning home became weak.
