Cause and Nursing Strategies of Acute Pressure Sores in Operation

目的探讨手术患者压疮形成原因及其护理策略。方法收集分析相关文献资料,探寻手术患者压疮形成原因,以提出针对护理措施和对策。结果压疮形成原因包括力学机制、皮肤免疫力降低、组织再灌注障碍、局部压力、麻醉、错误体位、潮湿、营养不良、伴随其他疾病等。结论找准手术患者急性压疮形成原因,可更好地针对性采取针对性的有效护理措施,从而避免压疮形成。

Objective To discuss the causes and nursing strategies of pressure sores among patient in operation.Methods Relevant data were collected to explore the formation causes of pressure sores and put forward pertinent nursing measures and strategies. Results The formation causes of pressure sores included mechanism,episencial decreasing,tissue reperfusion disorder,local pressure,anesthesia,wrong body position,humidity,malnutrition and accompany with other diseases.Conclusion By capturing the formation cause of acute pressure sores,pertinent and effective nursing measures can be adopted to avoid the formation of pressure sores.
