捆绑式胰肠吻合技术在基层医院的应用体会(附11例报告)

Application experience of binding pancreaticojejunostomy in basic-level hospitals: report of 11 cases

目的探讨基层医院应用胰十二指肠切除术捆绑式胰肠吻合技术的临床疗效及安全性。方法对11例胰十二指肠切除术患者采用捆绑式胰肠吻合技术。结果 11例胰十二指肠切除术患者均存活,无胰漏等并发症发生。结论捆绑式胰肠吻合技术安全有效,值得在基层医院开展。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of binding pancreaticojejunostomy following pancreaticoduodenectomy in basic-level hospitals. Methods Eleven patients received binding pancreaticojejunostomy following pancreaticoduodenectomy. Results All 11 patients survived and no pancreatic leakage and other complications were found. Conclusion Binding pancreaticojejunostomy is safe and effective,and it is worth popularizing in basic-level hospitals.
