在对中国民间艺术进行研究、推动艺术设计教育发展以及艺术创作上,潘鲁生做出了突出贡献,尤其是在民间艺术的挖掘、保护和传承,以及从传统的中国元素中探寻新的艺术语言表现形式方面,其影响更大。同时,潘鲁生还在不断探索新的艺术设计教育模式,旨在为社会培养出更多有能力的艺术设计人才。

Pan Lusheng has made a prominent contribution to the study of Chinese folk art,the development of design education and contemporary artistic creation,especially in the exploration,protection and inheritance of the folk art.Also,he often searches for new artistic language form in traditional Chinese elements.What＇s more,he constantly explores new design education mode to cultivate valuable art and design talents for the society.
