水环境安全评价方法研究及评价指标体系构建

A Study on Assessment Method of Water Environment Safety and Construction of Assessment Index System

水环境安全研究是随着环境安全研究的兴起而发展起来的。本文首先介绍了水环境安全的主要表现,指出当今社会正在进入水资源紧缺的时代,水环境安全问题是关系社会安定、国家安全、人类健康的重要问题。其次提出构建水环境安全指标体系的相关理论、原则及方法,着重介绍了水环境评价的两种常用方法,即层次分析法和灰色关联度法,为水资源可持续利用提供技术依据,为政府部门制定政策提供参考。

Study on water environment safety is developed along with the rise of environmental safety research. First, this paper introduces the main manifestation of water environment safety and points out that today＇ s world is entering an age of short of water resources, and water environment safety is an important issue that influences social stability, national security and human health. Second, this paper raises relevant theories, principles and methods concerning construction of water environment index system and attaches more importance to introducing two often-used water environment assessment methods, namely analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis, so as to offer technological basis for sustainable use of water resources and references for government＇ s departments to make relevant policies.
