青岛大鲍岛历史街区公共空间改造规划研究

Research on the public space transformation of Dabaodao historic district in Qingdao

大鲍岛街区曾经是青岛的商业中心区,街区的公共空间布局所采用的仍是百年前的模式,已经不适应现代商业模式和消费模式的空间需求,如何将已经形成的空间模式通过更新改造赋予新的活力,是研究的现实意义所在.利用文献综合研究、实地调研考察、系统分析等方法,对大鲍岛历史街区公共空间现状问题进行分析,提出针对大鲍岛历史街区公共空间的改造原则和具体改造方法,希望通过公共空间改造规划方法的研究达到大鲍岛街区活力复兴的目的.

Dabaodao district was once the central business district of Qingdao, public space layout is still the model used a hundreds years ago, it no longer meets the space requirements of modern business models and consumption patterns. Practical significance of this study is on how to give new vitality to the public space which has been formed by the renovation. The author uses comprehensive literature research method, field research study methods and systems analysis. This paper wants to put forward the principles and methods through the analysis of the public space of Dabaodao distric which can achieve the rejuvenation on Dabaodao.
