议题探究和翻转课堂在美国“社会科”教学中的运用——以《公民与政府课程标准》为例 被引量:1

摘要 美国社会科教学已有一百多年历史,一直以来议题探究是其主要教学方法,近年来,翻转课堂成为广受欢迎的教育模式。考察美国社会科"公民与政府"课程的设计理念可以发现,旨在培育公民对核心价值认同的公民教育是通过学生自主学习和理性批判能力来实现的。在这一过程中,议题探究和翻转课堂担当重任,二者都旨在为学生主动参与知识建构、提升决策能力提供丰富的机会,这对改革中的中国社会科教学有着积极的借鉴意义,同时也提出了可能面临的挑战。 The exploration of social issues has always been the main teaching method of American Social Issues,which has a history of over one hundred years.Recently flipping classroom teaching has become a popular model of education.It has been found out,through the study of the designing concept of the course American social Citizen and Government,that the citizen education of core value identity which aims to cultivate citizens is achieved through the student's autonomous learning and the ability of rational criticism instead.In this process,the exploration of social issues and the flipping of classroom teaching are of great significance.They both provide a wealth of opportunities for the active participation of the student in knowledge construction and the improvement of the student's decision-making ability,which provides positive reference for the reform of social science and education in China and,meanwhile,puts forward the possible challenges.
