清末江西新式学堂的成效探析

An Analysis of New Style Schools in Jiangxi Province in the late Qing Dynasty

过去学者对江西新式学堂作过不少研究,普遍认为江西新式学堂居于全国的前列,对新式学堂所起的作用评价较高。在顺应清末新政的潮流下,江西新式学堂开始兴起并有所发展,但在清末国弱民贫、内忧外患的特定历史条件下推行新式教育不可能取得理想的成绩,江西新式教育取得的成绩并没有我们想象的高。

In the past,Many scholars who studied the new style schools in Jiangxi,has commonly considered that the new style schools of Jiangxi stayed in front of average national level and were comparatively highly estimated in playing the role of the school.This article explores the booming and developing of new style schools in Jiangxi province under the trend in the end of Qing dynasty,but it is impossible to get ideal achievement that the country carried out new style education of measure between the internal and external obstruction,and impoverishment of country,and the achievement that we do not heighly imagine.
