马尾藻多糖脂质体对免疫抑制小鼠免疫器官的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为观察马尾藻多糖脂质体对小鼠免疫功能调节的作用,选用环磷酰胺(Cy)作为免疫抑制剂建立小鼠免疫抑制模型,分别用3个剂量的马尾藻多糖脂质体(SPL)(50、100、200mg/kg)灌胃,在给药7d后测定小鼠的免疫器官指数,血液中白蛋白、总蛋白、溶菌酶含量,白细胞总数及白细胞分类计数,并进行脾脏、胸腺的组织学观察。结果表明,SPL可提升免疫抑制小鼠的胸腺指数,显著增加溶菌酶含量(P<0.05)和白细胞总数(P<0.05),极显著提高小鼠血液中总蛋白浓度(P<0.01);组织学观察显示SPL对Cy引起的小鼠脾脏和胸腺的损伤有较好的修复作用。说明SPL可以通过增强免疫器官的功能和增加免疫细胞的数量,缓解环磷酰胺对小鼠免疫系统的抑制作用。 The study was carried out to investigate effect of Sargassum polysaccharide liposomes(SPL)on immune function in mice.The immunosuppressed model was induced with cyclophosphamide (Cy).SPL was administrated at dose of 50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg or 200 mg/kg body weight per day for 7 days to inves-tigate the effect of SPL on immune function in mice.The thymus index,spleen index and the levels of blood total protein,albumin,lysozyme,the white blood cells and leukocyte differential counts were meas-ured.Histopathological analyses of spleen and thymus were carried out after treatments.The result showed that SPL increased the thymus index, significantly improved the contents of the lysozyme (P 〈0.05)and the total number of white blood cells (P 〈0.05),markedly increased the level of total pro-tein (P〈0.01).The histopathological observation showed that SPL has good effect on the immunoregula-tion by enhancing the function of spleen and thymus and increasing the number of immune cells in immuno-suppressed mice.
