绵羊布鲁菌病两种血清学诊断方法的贝叶斯评价 被引量:2

摘要 在无"金标准"情况下,为评价虎红平板凝集试验(RBT)和间接酶联免疫吸附试验(I-ELISA)对绵羊布鲁菌病的诊断价值,分别用RBT和I-ELISA对采自某地的绵羊血清同时进行检测,通过建立贝叶斯模型,计算两种方法的灵敏度和特异度。结果显示,RBT和I-ELISA的灵敏度分别为76.5%、89.6%;特异度分别为95.1%、93.4%。结果表明,在对绵羊布鲁菌病进行筛检时,I-ELISA的诊断价值较高。 To evaluate the performance of Rose Bengal Test(RBT) and indirect ELISA(I-ELISA) in the absence of a gold standard, serum samples of sheep somewhere were tested in parallel hy RBT and I-ELISA and data were analyzed by building Bayesian model. The sensitivities of RBT and I-ELISA were estimated as 76. 5% and 89. 6% with corresponding specificities of 95. 1% and 93. 4% respectively. The results showed that I-ELISA performed better in diagnosing ovine brucellosis.
