摘要 对于许多病毒而言,一种或两种蛋白就可以完成病毒与宿主细胞的结合,膜融合以及入侵等生物过程。然而,痘病毒却需要利用许多种蛋白完成这一生物过程,这可能与其能感染多种细胞有关联。已鉴定的9种入侵融合复合体蛋白和2种入侵融合复合体相关蛋白都属于非糖基化的跨膜蛋白,这些蛋白的大小在4ku^43ku之间,并且它们之间相互作用可以形成入侵融合复合体(EFC)。这些蛋白在痘病毒中都十分的保守,并且拥有一些共同的性质,这使得它们拥有相似的入侵机制。论文就已鉴定的痘苗病毒的11种入侵融合复合体蛋白的性质、结构、作用以及相互关系做了综述,另外还对可能的入侵融合复合体蛋白进行预测,为痘病毒入侵宿主的机理提供参考。 For many viruses, one or two proteins can complete cell binding, membrane fusion and entry. However, vaccinia viruses require a large number of proteins to accomplish these bioprocess. It may be re- lated to its ability to infect a wide range of cells. There are nine EFC proteins and two EFC-associated pro- teins which belong to non-glycosylated, transmembrane proteins in poxvirus. Proteins ranging in size from 4 to 43 ku characters corelation the EFC. can associate in a complex. These proteins and common entry mechanisms. This article are conserved in poxvirus and have some common summarized the characteristics, structure, role and of the entry fusion complex in vaccinia virus, then predicted the candidate of the components of This article provided a theoretical basis for the researches of viral invasion in poxviruses.
