三角肌分离入路治疗肱骨近端骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的:观察经三角肌分离入路应用锁定钢板微创治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效。方法:对经肩部前外侧前中三角肌之间入路行锁定钢板固定术治疗的37例肱骨近端骨折患者进行随访观察。结果:随访时间8-20个月,骨折均愈合,愈合时间12-25周。Neer评分,优30例,良4例,可3例。结论:经三角肌入路微创治疗肱骨近端骨折具有固定牢固、血供破坏少等优点,是一种新的安全有效的手术入路。
