摘要
目的分析肺巨细胞癌细胞株95C与支气管上皮细胞株16HBE分泌蛋白质的差异。方法利用双向电泳(2-DE)分离肺巨细胞癌细胞株95C、支气管上皮细胞株16HBE分泌的蛋白质,寻找其分泌的蛋白质的差异。结果通过2-DE建立了较稳定的肺巨细胞癌细胞株95C、支气管上皮细胞株16HBE分泌的蛋白质2-DE图谱。经分析,两细胞株共有7个差异蛋白质点,肺巨细胞癌细胞株特有的差异点4个,量下调的差异点3个。结论差异蛋白质的鉴定为确定肺癌早期诊断相关蛋白标志物奠定了基础。
Objective To analyze the differences of secreted proteins between lung cancer cell line and bronchus epi -thelium cell line.Methods Secreted proteins from lung cancer cell line 95C and bronchus epithelium cell line 16HBE were separated by two-dimensional electrophoresis (2-DE) .The differential protein spots associated with lung cancer were found and analyzed by software .Results 2-DE maps of secreted proteins were constantly obtained .Software analysis revealed there were 7 differential protein spots between two groups .Four differential protein spots were expressed specifically in lung cancer line and 3 protein spots were highly expressed in bronchus epithelium cell line .Conclusion The separation of differentially expressed proteins will be useful for further identifying proteins associated with lung cancer and for other related researches .
