我国工会在集体谈判中的职能缺失问题及对策研究

摘要 在当今市场经济不断发展的环境下,企业为了追求利润最大化,用各种手段压低劳动力成本,忽视了劳动者的利益诉求,导致劳动关系日益紧张。在当前"强资本,弱劳工"的背景下,劳动者需要团结起来,通过工会与企业的集体谈判来维护自己的合法权益。然而相对于工会组织十分发达,集体谈判制度已经十分完善的欧美发达国家,我国的工会还存在一些问题,集体协商制度仍然很不完善,这就导致了我国工会在集体谈判中的职能缺失。要提高我国工会在集体谈判中的作用,充分发挥其职能,应从提高工会集体谈判地位、提高工会集体谈判能力、完善集体谈判制度等方面着手。
