摘要
海水对某些波段的光信号衰减很大,为了从大量背景光中接收到有用的信号,文中利用由两种单负材料组成的一维光子晶体异质结构设计出了蓝绿波段的单通道及双通道光子晶体滤波器,并利用传输矩阵法对滤波器的性能进行了研究。研究结果表明,所构造的滤波器结构具有对入射波的角度和偏振模式不敏感的优点,能够用来制作全方位光子晶体滤波器。
In underwater visible light communications system, some wave range signal is attenuatedgreatly by seawater. In this paper, in order to receive the faint light signals from background noise, single- channel filter and two-channel filter are designed by using one-dimensional photonic heterostructures containing two single-negative materials. Furthermore, The performance of the filters is investigated byusing the transfer matrix method. The numerical stimulation results show designed filter structure is insensitive to the incident angle, and polarizations. This characteristic has a certain reference value for designing a filter with this kind of structure.
