摘要
工作记忆是在不同的加工和储存任务中能够灵活地分配能量的记忆系统,在认知活动中具有重要的作用。小学阶段是工作记忆发展的关键阶段,算术、视空间工作记忆都迅速发展。教学中的工作记忆训练以工作记忆测量结果为基础,通过选择有效方法、设计游戏形式的训练、合理设计工作记忆训练的强度及时间等来提高小学生的工作记忆水平。
Working memory is a system which can flexibly distribute energy in various tasks of processing and storage, so it is important in cognitive activity. The stage of primary school is critical for pupils to develop their working memory, during which both arithmetical and visual-spatial working memories develop quickly. Working memory training in teaching should be based on the measuring outcome, and by selecting effective methods, designing different forms of games, and properly designing the training degree and time with a view to strengthening student's levels of working memory.
