摘要 "名师大学堂"菜单式培训在教师选课、培训管理和培训评价上应用信息化手段,满足了教师选课的个性化需求,优化了培训的管理与实施,获得了更为有效的培训评价,提高了培训质量。 The menu-style training by "famous teacher training center" applies information-based approaches in teacher class selection, training management and assessment to satisfy teacher' s individualized demands for class selection, and optimize training administration and implementation. As a result, training gets increasingly effective and the training quality has been improved as well.
