摘要
本文首先阐述了复合材料修理的背景、关键技术、方案设计及修理容限等。随后,针对国内外复合材料修理技术,就解析法、有限元法及优化等计算研究进行了总结及评价,并对实验和测量方面进行讨论,给出复合材料修理问题的研究现状。最后,基于复合材料修理的最新技术,提出该问题亟待解决的几个关键领域,指出未来飞机维修的发展趋势。
To begin with,this paper introduced the background,key technique,project design and repair tolerance of the composite repair.Then,the research status of composite repair at home and abroad were summarized and evaluated in two aspects,i.e.,the computational research of analytical method,FEM and optimization,and the experiment and measurement.At last,some key fields and development tendency were pointed out on the basis of the newest technique of the composite repair.
