摘要
分别从工艺与设备两个方面介绍了板坯连铸机结晶器液位波动的原因,主要分析了钢水质量、保护渣性能、铸坯鼓肚及拉矫速度变化、液位检测及控制等因素的影响,并提出控制策略。
The paper introduces the causes of mould level fluctuation of slab continuous caster from the aspects of process and equipment,analyzes the effects of molten steel quality,synthetic slag performance,strand buldging and withdrawal speed changes,mould level detection and control,proposes the control strategy according to the analysis result.
