锐扶刀治疗子宫出血的临床研究

Clinical study on treatment of uterus bleed disease by radio - frequency

目的：探讨锐扶刀消融子宫内膜治疗无生育要求的子宫出血的疗效。方法：用锐扶刀在B超监视和引导下，通过产生热效应使子宫内膜基底层和功能层（2～3ram）发生凝固、变性和坏死脱落，创面纤维化，从而达到1次性治愈的目的。治疗131例，随访117例，平均随访时间1年（术后2～18个月）。结果：术后3个月子宫出血1次性治愈率达89．74％，术后感染率0．76％。结论：锐扶刀消融子宫内膜治疗无生育要求的子宫出血治愈率高，操作安全、简便，术后并发症少，患者易于接受。

Objectives： To discuss the effect of treating the uterus bleed disease by radio - frequency by eliminate to melt endometrial with no request of procreation. Methods：Under the B scan surveillance and leadings, produce hot effect to make the endometrial＇s base layer and function layer（2 -3 mm） occurrences solidify, change property and bad deads to shed off by radio -frequency, Create to face the fiber to turn to attain a purpose that primary cure . Treatments were 131 cases. Follow - ups were 117 cases. Average follow up time was 12months （2month - 18months after operation）. Results： Primary healing rate of The uterus bleed disease is 89.74% after operation 3month. Infection rate after operation was 0.76%. Conclusion： Healing rate of The uterus bleed disease by radio - frequency by eliminate to melt endometrial with no request of procreation was high, which was safe. Operation process should be simple and the complication was low , so it might be easily accepted by the paitients.
