摘要
目的：观察前列地尔联合地塞米松治疗突聋的疗效。方法：对照组：生理盐水lOOml＋前列地尔10μg，1日1次，静脉滴注14天；治疗组：在对照组治疗的基础上加入地塞米松注射液治疗。结果：治疗组临床有效率为80．39％，对照组为58．33％，其差异经统计学分析有统计学意义。结论：前列地尔联合地塞米松治疗突发性聋疗效确切，值得推广。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of alprostadil combined with dexamethasone in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods：Control group： normal saline 100ml ＋ alprostadil 10 μ g, QD x 14, intravenous infusion; treatment group： the addition of dexamethasone injection therapy based on the control group treatment. Results：The clinical effective rate was 80.39%, 58.33% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant by statistical analysis. Conclusion：Alprostadil combined with dexamethasone in treating sudden deafness should be worthy of promotion.
