Due to incomplete understanding of the standard provision, different conclusions were concluded when the argument about bridge navigation safety influence was carried out. The basic principles are to obey the relevant national technical standards and rules, but not to follow them mechanically. On the premise that the navigation safety of the representative ship or boat train was satisfied, it should be treated differently according to the specific situation of channel where the bridge crossed.
