高校辅导员队伍与思政课教师队伍交流机制探析

Analysis of the Communicating System Between College Counselors and Teachers of Political and Ideological Course

大学生的思想政治教育主要通过思想政治理论课课堂教学和日常思想政治教育主阵地这两个环节,高校思想政治教育的重任主要落在思政课教师和辅导员身上,推进两个队伍的交流,构建长期有效的交流机制,创建思政教育工作者协会,促进两支队伍在交流中得到质的提升,强化意识形态领域引领者和教育者的育人功能,对于高校思想政治教育实效性具有十分重要的实际意义。

The political and ideological education for college students mainly relies on the theoreti-cal classes and the daily management.Thus,the teachers in charge of political and ideological classes as well as the counselors have to take on the responsibility of educating politics and ideology for col-lege students.It will greatly improve the effectiveness of the education in college to set up a long-term and effective communicating system between teachers and counselors.Meanwhile,a association of po-litical and ideological education which can strengthen the educating function of teachers and counselors will be helpful.
